Talking about the cleaning of hydraulic valve parts

June 06, 2019

The cleaning of hydraulic valve components is a key auxiliary process in the production of hydraulic components, and its quality restricts the reliability and stability of hydraulic valves. The quality of cleaning has a great relationship with the cleaning method, the preparation of the cleaning solution, the cleaning equipment and the responsibility of the personnel. Let's take a look at the Dalan hydraulic system manufacturer to talk about the cleaning of the valve body and the cleaning of the parts.

First, the valve body cleaning

The cleaning of the valve body can be divided into four levels, namely rough washing, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, medium pressure and large flow flushing. Rough washing and rinsing should be cleaned in separate tanks. The method can be combined with a certain pressure of gas and water. The grinding valve body should be pretreated with scraping, demagnetization and polishing. The crude washing and rinsing cleaning solutions have the same formulation, and after rinsing, they are rinsed with a large flow of diesel oil or an aqueous solution containing a rust inhibitor. The ultrasonic cleaning solution must be recycled and replenished with a cleaning agent to improve cleaning performance.

Precautions in cleaning:

(1) The selection of cleaning agent and rust inhibitor should be reasonable, and there should be a difference between ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, and even the selection of summer and winter;

(2) The water temperature should meet the requirements, and the soaking time of the parts should not be too short, generally controlled for more than 10 minutes;

(3) Increase the flow rate of water during roughing and rinsing as much as possible;

(4) The parts should be dried when conditions permit;

(5) When flushing, the punch and the valve body should have relative rotation or movement.

Second, the cleaning of parts

At present, the general manufacturers pay more attention to the cleaning of the valve body, but do not pay attention to the cleaning of the sliding valve and other parts, but in the actual production, the cleanliness of the sliding valve is unqualified, resulting in a decrease in the assembly qualification rate and a decrease in the factory reliability. Phenomena also occur from time to time. For the cleaning of parts, the workload is also large due to the variety of types. The cleaning of parts includes burrs and dirt. The chrome parts also include the cleaning of residual chromic acid in the inner hole. The cleaning of the parts can be ultrasonic cleaning and then the hydration method. The cleaning of the inner hole before cleaning is more important. The drill bit or the reamer and the brush remove the dirt in the inner hole, and the small inner hole should also be checked one by one. The cleaning equipment and method of the parts are similar to those of the valve body, but the high-pressure and small-flow gas-water rushing should be adopted. It is not necessary to use high-pressure washing with diesel or rust-preventing aqueous solution, and the anti-rust treatment can be carried out after cleaning.
